Le Pawtique was established in 2010. We really struggled to find suitable premises in an upmarket shopping centre. Back then it was almost unheard of for a dog parlour to be situated in prime space. By hook or by crook, we persisted until we got our foot in the door. And the rest is history.
Michelle Roniak, owner and manager, has demonstrated a hands-on relationship with our grooming through the years and a passion for ongoing upskilling in animal handling, behaviour and technique, to ensure the wellbeing of our pets. Our customer service team works continuously with our customers toward trust, compatibility and shared understanding.
