When we quote the price of a groom, I sometimes get the shocked response: “But this costs more than double what I pay to do my hair!” (And that includes crew-cut males.) This tells me everything about how little people understand what happens behind their beautiful, freshly blow-dried pooch.

I’ve decided from the get-go, that Le Pawtique is not a one size fits all and positioned our pricing accordingly. Every animal that comes through our doors is unique in their coat condition, temperament, size and grooming instructions. I want us to be able to spend as much time as possible to groom properly and care for our animals without the constraint of time pressure. That’s why we have introduced our recent price structure. It’s important to be aligned with our customers on this front but also manage your expectation.

Risk mitigation: Our spa environment is managed for safe and optimum grooming. Our groomers’ processes and procedures are compliant with business best practice and over 15 years of experience and expertise.

Quality control involves multiple checks throughout the grooming process— monitoring stress levels, adjusting techniques based on coat condition and temperament.

Customer satisfaction means we’re not just cutting hair—we’re handling a beloved family member who can’t tell us what’s going on in their head. We’re reading body language, managing anxiety (theirs and yours) and expectation, and ensuring your pet leaves looking great and feeling comfortable. Ticking every box to ensure your experience with us is as flawless as possible.

Our “by-appointment-only system” supports our animal ethos – dogs and cats are here only as long as they need to be, to reduce stress of separation anxiety.

Special slots are allocated amply according to specialist skills required. We always have an extra pair of hands available for support if needed. The team is close-knit, skilled and motivated.

This level of individualized care requires planning and commitment from both sides. Our time is precious and for this we have our 24-hour cancellation policy in place.
