Planning drives everything we do. Prevention beat’s reaction every time. We forecast potential needs: extra time for de-matting, behavioural accommodations, quiet room requirements, or two-groomer protocols for special needs.
This is why we prioritize appointments over walk-ins, especially for new clients. We’d rather be briefed and plan accordingly than react in the moment.
Animals can’t advocate for themselves – decisions must be made thoughtfully with moms and dads.
We work to minimize your pet’s time here. Standard grooming takes 90 minutes, and we’ll call early when possible
